James, Sheryl, and Sean, three friends talking about and living their friendship on the Gusto boys’ YouTube show, Muster The Gusto
“Your friendship set up a chain reaction of love in the Universe.” Sean on Episode 15 of Muster The Gusto, describing the friendship his brother James and I have been growing for the past seven years.
Thank you, Sean, for putting into words the gratitude I feel for what your brother has done for me.
Wanna change the world? Be like James. One chain reaction of love at a time, you can be a world changer.
My friends James and Sean host a YouTube show called Muster The Gusto. Check out the Green Room. It’s one of the best Green Rooms going. Did I mention they host the show in their backyard?
You can’t beat authenticity.
I hope you’ll watch the above Muster The Gusto episode, the episode called Friendship. I feel greatly blessed to call the Gusto boys my friends, I feel greatly blessed to have been asked to be their guest, and I feel greatly blessed to have had the opportunity to share The Love and Kindness Initiative with their audience.
TV usually isn’t my thing. As I describe in the early minutes of the show, I played a corpse on a college TV show. I wasn’t very good at being a corpse. I moved. I’m hoping the next time I play a corpse, I do it a lot better.
Call it a dress rehearsal.
Even though I don’t do much TV, I jumped on the chance to be their guest because of the years of love and connection James and I have shared. It felt really right to do this with James, his brother, and their friend Brad. Safety, to me, is an integral part of any relationship. I felt safe with all of them, and they felt safe with me. That safety allowed us the freedom to have a great time together. I trust you’ll feel it.
The messages contained in this show are contagious in the best possible way. Watch the show and pass the message along. Thank you for being part of the chain reaction of love.
Brad joins The Gusto boys and me after the first few minutes. I’d seen him guesting on previous episodes, I felt his presence would add a lot to the show, and I’d asked James if he could join us. I was delighted when Brad asked if he could appear with me, not knowing I’d already broached the topic with James.
Friendship is a cool thing. I totally skew their demographic, yet they wanted me on their show. Heartfelt friendship transcends age gaps. These guys are young guys. I don’t know whether they call themselves millennials, Gen Z, or some other alphabet letter or phrase I don’t know, but labels don’t matter. Love and friendship matter. There was a lot of love and friendship flowing between the four of us that day.
If you watch the show, you’ll learn where to get coffee and doughnuts in Cincinnati on a weekend, you’ll learn more about The Love and Kindness Initiative, you’ll do a lot of laughing if you’re in the mood to do a lot of laughing, and you’ll learn about friendship by seeing four old and new friends treat each other with exquisite love, lightness, and respect.

It’s all about love, my friend, one chain reaction of love at a time.
